Actress Whitney Frost was hired by Anvil Studios, where she became the top earner by 1938.[1]
Retiring from Acting[]
When three members of the Council of Nine, including her husband Calvin Chadwick, were killed by Whitney Frost, she summoned a press conference in front the Anvil Studios where she covered up the deaths, telling the journalists that the three men died in a boat accident near Santa Catalina Island. Frost also informed the press that she was retiring from acting.[2]
