Behind the Scenes[]
Continuity[]
This book contains substantial contradictions with the events of the film. After using the Ant-Man Suit for the first time, Scott Lang is excited by the suit's power and uses it to both get himself money and help those in need. He also uses the suit to visit and secretly aid Cassie Lang and only decides to return the suit to the Pym Residence after hearing Hank Pym's voice over the suit's communicator. In the film, Scott is terrified after using the suit for the first time and immediately attempts to return the suit to the Pym Residence without making any further attempts to use it. Moreover, Scott is not arrested after returning the suit, with a swarm of ants instead returning the suit to him at The Milgrom Hotel hours after he returned it, which Scott takes as a sign to continue operating as a superhero. Therefore, the book has been deemed non-canon as per our Canon Policy.
