Anon met Leo Fitz and Jemma Simmons in a transhumanist party in Bucharest, where they expressed their intent to meet Holden Radcliffe to introduce an innovative eye technology. Anon was convinced and scheduled an appointment with Radcliffe using her cybernetic enhanced arm, telling Fitz and Simmons to wait in the bar.
Later on, Anon took Fitz and Simmons to a hidden underground room in which she conveyed that Radcliffe requested them to perform surgery on a live human specimen to prove the cybernetic eye worked. However, Simmons ultimately figured out that the patient was no other than Radcliffe himself. Radcliffe recognized the eye implant as Cybertek technology and thus suspected Fitz and Simmons to be Hydra operatives. Feeling danger, Anon was ordered by Radcliffe to generate an EMP, take down the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents communications and called for security guards with her cybernetic arm.
The guards took Simmons away before Daisy Johnson joined the meeting. Johnson then knocked down Anon and kidnapped Radcliffe with the help of Alisha Whitley.[1]

As a follower of the transhumanist discipline, Anon's body was modified many times with cybernetic implants. According to Alphonso Mackenzie, her body appeared much more altered than any other guest in the room. Anon has an EMP built into her left arm that she can activate via the touch screen interface on the underside of her lower arm. Fearing that Leo Fitz and Jemma Simmons were from Hydra, Holden Radcliffe ordered Anon to generate an EMP to disable their communications.
Electronic Communication: Anon was able to access Radcliffe's schedule to find an appointment for Fitz and Simmons. She later called for reinforcements the same way.
