Doctor Andrew Lee is a doctor who was called to give his medical opinion on Frank Castle by lawyers Nelson and Murdock for their defense for Castle, attempting to prove his actions were caused by the damage done to his brain caused by a bullet.

During Frank Castle's trial, Foggy Nelson wanted to use the argument that Castle's wrathful actions were cause of the damage he received after a bullet was shot onto his head. So as to build up his defense using that argument, Nelson contacted Lee who arrived at New York State Supreme Court Building and gave his professional opinion on the situation confirming that a damage like the one Castle suffered on his head could be the reason of his wrathful personality.[2]
