Ray Nadeem, Benjamin Poindexter and Andrea Morales[src]

Andrea Morales was asked by Ray Nadeem to represent Benjamin Poindexter in his lawsuit against the FBI for wrongful suspension. Reviewing the details of Poindexter's case, Morales agreed to represent him and she meets Nadeem and Poindexter at the New York City FBI Office. Morales asked Poindexter to discuss the argument she prepared while Nadeem left them.

Morales suggested that the lawsuit would not get as far as arbitration, stating that the government does not want to deal with attorneys like Morales. Poindexter asked her how long this lawsuit can take so she assured Poindexter that Poindexter will be reinstated in six months with back pay. However, Poindexter claimed that he does not care about back pay and insisted that he needed to be reinstated as soon as possible.
