The Ambush at the Loki Palace was a conflict orchestrated by Boastful Loki, who tried to usurp power from Kid Loki with the help of President Loki and his Loki Bandits, only to betray each other and starting a brawl among all of them.

Loki was pruned by Ravonna Renslayer and transported to the Void, waking up there to meet four Variants of himself. Confused with his current situation, he asked them who they were and where he was. They told him that he was in the Void and that Alioth was heading toward them. They told him that they needed to escape before Alioth arrived as Loki followed them back to their bunker. Loki eventually told the group about Sylvie and her plan to take down the TVA, but the others laughed at him. Loki tried exiting the bunker but was greeted by another number of his Variants, led by President Loki.[1]
Ambush[]
Loki tried to understand the situation as President Loki and his group of variants confronted the four living at the palace: Kid Loki, Classic Loki, Alligator Loki and Boastful Loki. However, Boastful Loki revealed that he betrayed Kid Loki for his throne, though President Loki also betrayed him.
Though Boastful Loki reminded him of their original agreement where in exchange for shelter and supplies, President Loki would relinquish command of his army so Boastful Loki would seize the throne. In response, President Loki declared it would be easier for him to keep both the throne and his army for himself. However, President Loki's army also turned on him, much to his outrage. President Loki questioned Alligator Loki's presence as Alligator Loki ran up to President Loki and ate his hand off.
Soon, the fighting began as Loki tried to avoid the battle between his variants. Creating an illusion of himself, Kid Loki, and Alligator Loki, Classic Loki told Loki to go with them as they made the two alongside Kid and Alligator Loki made their escape through Classic Loki's portal.[1]

Escaping outside the Loki Palace, the group was dismayed at what had happened and angered at their true nature. Loki told the three that Sylvie Laufeydottir was their only chance to take revenge on the Time Variance Authority as Kid Loki planned to join them. Classic Loki decided to join them as well after consideration, though still had doubts about confronting Alioth.
The four eventually made their way to Alioth's location in order to come up with a plan as Mobius M. Mobius and Sylvie met the group in a delivery van.[1]
