Amanda Garmon was United States judge who presided over the arraignment of Mariah Dillard.

Biography

Amanda Garmon was assigned to preside over Mariah Dillard's arraignment on murder charges. Garmon did not appreciate Dillard's statements, comparing the situation in Harlem to Hurricane Katrina, as she had relatives in the area. Judge Garmon denied Dillard bail, considering her a flight risk.[1]
