Chase of the Disciples of Ammit[]
When Marc Spector arrived at Cairo to track down Arthur Harrow, Alpha and two more Disciples of Ammit captured and murdered Spector's informant before he could talk. Spector failed to save the informant and Alpha armed himself with a knife and attacked him, but Spector was able to subdue him. Suddenly, Spector ended the fight and headed out to leave Egypt, but once Alpha's men were about to leave, Spector chased after them to the local bazaar. Alpha was eventually stabbed to death by Spector, as well as Beta, while their third member committed suicide, instead of betraying Harrow.[1]
