Major Allen is an officer of the United States Air Force.
Biography
Major Allen was present in Edwards Air Force Base in California when the U.S. Armed Forces detected Iron Man for the first time. He gave the order for two F-22 Raptor's to destroy Iron Man, thinking it was an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle.[1]
Allen was also present when James Rhodes obtained the Iron Man Armor: Mark II and had it weaponized by Justin Hammer.[2]
Trivia
- In a deleted scene, Allen is present when Rhodes presented the Mark II Armor to the military and another soldier gets electrocuted.[3]
