Major Allen is an officer of the United States Armed Forces.
Biography
Major Allen was present in Edwards Air Force Base in California when the U.S. Armed Forces detected Iron Man for the first time. He gave the order for two F-22's to destroy Iron Man, thinking it was unmanned. [1]
Allen was also present when James Rhodes obtained the Iron Man Armor: Mark II.[2]
