Major Allen is a officer of the United States Air Force.

Biography

Working with Colonel Rhodes

Major Allen was present in Edwards Air Force Base in California when the United States Air Force detected Iron Man for the first time. He gave the order for two F-22 Raptor's to destroy Iron Man, thinking it was an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle.[1]

Allen was also present when James Rhodes delivered the Iron Man Armor: Mark II to Edwards and had it weaponized by Justin Hammer.[2]
