Billy Russo's Early Life[]

Billy Russo was abandoned by his mother, Carla Russo, outside of a fire station in Albany. Russo entered into the system and lived throughout various foster homes, before placed in the Ray of Hope group home.[1]

Chase of Natasha Romanoff[]
In 2016, following the Avengers Civil War, Thaddeus Ross came to a train station in Albany where he thought Natasha Romanoff was hiding. Romanoff called Ross and told him that he was embarrassing himself trying to catch her, before hanging up. Ross' men then found Romanoff's tracker and suit in a bathroom.[3]
