Kidnapping of Billy Koenig[]
S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents Billy and Sam Koenig went to Al and Cam's Arcade as part of "Operation Hot Potato," waiting for further instructions. The pair rode Segways and quoted Star Wars to each other before Billy was approached by Leo Babikov. Billy defeated Babikov and ran, ending up in a shootout with another member of the Watchdogs. Sam was attacked by a Watchdog, but Billy defeated his attacked and left the building, where he was incapacitated by Tucker Shockley's Taser Rod and kidnapped. Sam left the arcade and contacted Phil Coulson to tell him that Billy had been taken.[1]
