Adrian was hired by Trish Walker to be her personal trainer as Walker attempted to become a superhero like her sister. One night, after training, Adrian and Walker slept together. The next morning, Walker was surprised to find Adrian still there, watching the news. The news reported that Madeline Brandt had been attacked in her home and had a statue stolen, and that her brother, Andrew Brandt, had been connected to the crime. Adrian told Walker that he chose to box so that he could hurt people like Andrew Brandt.[1]
