The ATCU Storage Facility was a storage facility owned by Advanced Threat Containment Unit located in South Bend, Indiana. The facility was destroyed in a terrorist attack orchestrated by the Watchdogs.

Robbery and Destruction[]
As a storage facility for the Advanced Threat Containment Unit, the ATCU Storage Facility contained several dangerous pieces of equipment, including an Atomic Bomb. Wanting this bomb, HYDRA agent R. Giyera contacted the Watchdogs leader Felix Blake to seal it. Blake sent the Watchdogs to South Bend, Indiana where the facility was located to seal the bomb. Successful with the heist, the Watchdogs covered it up by imploding the facility with Nitramene. The attack attracted the attention of S.H.I.E.L.D. and was covered by several news outlets including WZTM News and WHiH World News.[1][2]
