Killmonger Rescued Tony Stark?, the Watcher says "Every journey has a beginning, but change one step along the way, and you could end up at a very different destination." This suggests that prior to Erik Killmonger rescuing Tony Stark, Stark's life was the same as in the main MCU timeline. It can therefore be taken that Stark was ambushed by the Ten Rings on the same day as in the main timeline, February 11, 2008 (see 2000s references). Stark would then have returned to the United States the next day, and he and Killmonger would begin work on the Liberator the day after.
They then spend around a month working on the Liberator armor, and the next time we see them is during the United Nations General Assembly, specifically during General Debate, which in 2008 occurred from September 26-29. Wakanda is believed to be a small nation of farmers, so they would be speaking on September 29, with the preceding scenes in the days before.
The following day, Thaddeus Ross takes over Stark Industries and begins mass producing Liberators. The amount of Liberators shown when Killmonger leads the American army to Wakanda would take approximately nine days to produce, so it can be taken that they are completed on October 9 and arrive at Wakanda on October 10, 2008, with the rest of the events unfolding in the following days. - ↑ 3.0 3.1 What If...?: 1.09: What If...
