This casting news is out there regarding the main villain of spiderman 4
"30s-50s, any ethnicity. A powerful and imposing figure. Seeking an actress with strong and commanding screen presence and depth. Negotiation with someone (doesn't say who)."
Can someone explain to me in laymans terms what commanding screen presence and depth means, I hear those terms all the time but no one bothers to explain what they mean and the definition online dictionary made no sense to me.
Venom and his characters
Kraven and his characters
Madame web and her characters
Morbius and his characters
I know I need to watch Daredevil and I've already watched Echo and She-Hulk but do I need to watch another show like The Punisher or Defenders or smth ?
Cause I’m surprised there’s been no rumors or even projects announced since doomsday is filming next month. If so then film wise the saga is only 17 films maybe 18 if it’s now only the Nov date left and no more Feb date, which sure averages to 6 per phase which theoretically sounds ok?
Hello everyone! I'm Nathan10828 (but you can call me Nathan) and I'm a new fan who is interested in the MCU because I have a few questions before I really can get started and maybe even be part of this fandom! I may have already been seen under another minor publication a few months ago but anyway. I'm also a fan of Tom Holland's Spider-Man movies, being so far the only movies I've seen along with Avengers: Endgame and Civil War!!
My main question about the MCU is why the movies are divided into sagas/phases and how are they divided (for example, why Spider-Man: No Way Home is not part of the Infinity Saga instead of the Multiverse saga; I don't expect an answer to this rhetorical question that serves as an example). How do they determine them? Do they take inspiration from specific comics for each of these movies (or even the separation into sagas and phases)? And what exactly do these phases represent? I would appreciate an answer please, thank you very much!!
Marvel Studios' The Marvel Cinematic Universe: An Official Timeline, page 53, firmly places Tony Stark's age as 17 when he became CEO of Stark Industries in 1992, making his birth year 1975.
A Miss Minutes' aside notes the discrepancy between this and previous sources stating he was 21 when he took over the business, and confirms the retcon.
However, the wiki still lists his birth year as 1970 (per older sources) and references him as being 21 when he took over Stark Industries.
This book seems to be the most recent source for the canon timeline, with confirmation of such by Kevin Feige in the foreword, but I'm not sure how it's viewed on this site.
Should Tony Stark's page be edited to reflect this?
Hello can i ask why the relationship section of all teams were removed? i find it a bit odd but i wanna know the reason :P.
If stark sold avengers tower in 2016 and thunderbolts takes place a year after brave new world where this film took place in 2027 does this mean Valentina owned it for 12 years? @IronWidowMaikuB wow
Just rewatched agents of shield
Could I get people opinion does anyone else feel like they should of done a crossover between the Inhumans show and season 2/3 and now that Daniel and kora are part of the new timeline shield does anyone else think we could of got one more season feels like even tho there was a decent ending we could of got another season
Opinions ?
Are those shows canon to the MCU or did they change that?
Okay: What do you think the Ten Rings' full potential and origin are, and how do they factor into the broader MCU?
How different would the Infinity Saga be if Quicksilver survived Age of Ultron? This is a question I’ve had for a while and I wonder how him living would’ve impacted or outright prevented Wanda’s descent into madness later on.
Which MCU movie is the quote from and who says it?
"Look at the world now, is it not more peaceful? Avengers, time to finish this."
Im only asking cause im a bit upset the leader and red hulk are gonna make their antagonistic debut in the captain falcon america movie and not hulk 2 so I have to ask if someone can explain in laymans terms cause I imagine its a rights issue what needs to happen for another solo hulk movie to happen in mcu cause from what little I know is he and sub mariner(the title of) are owned by universal for projects that arent even on the verge of happening I dont get it at all. Is it one of those things where the hulk has to become public domain if that is even possible for mcu to make another movie of his?
With Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man coming soon, here's a casting choice I'm putting out there:
If the show was live-action and Colman Domingo portrayed a live-action Norman Osborn, how about The Acolyte's Charlie Barnett as Harry Osborn?
I'm just having a very difficult time getting excited for this specific movie, I might watch it eventually but I don't care enough to see it in theaters. Will the team feature prominently in the upcoming Avengers films? I'll probably watch it if they appear, but if not it won't be on any priority lists (unless after it releases it turns out to be a really good movie regardless, then I'll watch it for that)

I wanna say this is Kaecilius, but I'm not sure
Before Loki became the God of infinite multiverse, even before Norse God Mischief and trickery he was a runt. Loki is Frost Giant and son of their king Laufey, but Frost Giant let the small ones die alone and despite him being their prince that included Loki. Luckily for him Odin was their fighting his father after the fight Odin found him and treated him like his own son, but that’s mean Loki isn’t a God. Sure is seems Frost Giants live as long as Asgardians and unlike his kind Loki has magical powers, which his adopted mother taught him use better, Loki is still not a God like Thor or Odin. At least a born God since Loki got time powers in final episodes of Loki.
