I actually don't think the probability is gonna that high, guardians are still important for lore of Thanos (If they still gonna use him), even if they don't appear, some key players like Gamora and Nebula would still appear.
I really wish every other franchise can be as successful as marvel so that marvel can have some competition
Before X-Men 97, many thought cyclops is a no body, thank god they fixed it.
To put in a simple term, imagine if Fox owns avengers & spiderman, Ironman was priortized and captain america was severly sidelined.

Shi'ar Empire is tie to X-Men franchise, which is shown in X-Men 97. Plus, they were vital for the Dark Phoenix storyline, something X3 and Dark Phoenix didn't do it.
Kinda weird your option to change everything in F4: First Steps, but I respect that

Quantumania is severely wasted, Kang carried.
I feel the Marvels could be a bit better if it put more focus on Carol and give her better characterization.
Love & Thunder wasted both jane foster and Gorr, as well as the reputation of Greek gods in here.
Black Widow should be way better, it was Scarlett's last performance in MCU, she should have a proper send off.
This includes both the MCU ones and non MCU live action marvel projects.
For mcu ones:
Secret Invasion deserve to be an avengers level movie, not a show
Eternals deserve to be better, I like the concept, don't like the execution
I love Multiverse of madness, just wish it could get better, with more focus on Dr strange.
Brave New World have so much potentials but they fumbled the film
I feel that Ironheart recieve way much hatred, if the show can be a bit better, then it will definitely boost riri's reputation.
What if is underrated and wasted, kinda weird they didn't have some bold move like "what if the other half got snapped". plus this shouldn't even be mcu focused, it could be about what if stories on other past projects like EMH, X-Men 97, etc.
Non-MCU ones:
TASM 2 and Spider-Man 3 is a must.
X-Men 3 fumbles the phoenix story and do it way too poorly. cyclops is sidelined entirely. the conclusion of the trilogy is poorly
Dark Phoenix, same as above, no explaination.
Fantastic 4: Rise of silver Surfer would be better if they able to improve the tone and make galactus as an actual person than a giant cloud.
X-Men Apocalypse done apocalpyse so dirty, Oscar Issac did his best but the film still looks mid, quicksilver, Magneto made the film enjoyable.
I am speaking for a long term mistake, by the point marvel got their rights back their introduction is way too late at this point (specifically the x men. Imagine having spiderman right from the get go and we got him as possibly one of the avengers or even the first mcu film is about him.
Short term wise it may benefit marvel from getting away from bankruptcy.
Long term wise marvel cannot use them freely.
From marvel's struggle getting Spider-man, Hulk and Namor's right from sony and universal, to the feel of absense of thses characters. Even the nortorious Sony's Spider-Man universe. is Marvel solding their biggest character right before MCU a long-term mistake?
This is especially true on Spider-Man, imagine those sonyverse characters could be included in mcu with better casting, better story and spider-man can interact with other characters without any limitations.

They could do an episode of "what if quicksilver live from AOU".
Even wiith the excuse that Aaron Taylor Jhonson was unavailable, they could use another actor to temporarily voice him. besides, they already did it on captain america, iron man and black widow
While there are a lot of characters in mcu especially in the main continunity, but there are certain characters who aren't in what if series at all.
Quicksilver is barely in any of the episodes, just why
Same thing goes for Vulture, since Season 3 uses Mysterio and Season 1 uses spider-man. it was very confusing why there isn't any spider-man focused story
Even though Zemo is in Marvel Zombies, I am still confused why Zemo is absent in What if...? a zemo focused episode will be good.
If we consider the defenders.... yeah they aren't in any of the episodes
