This movie was basically a sequel to the incredible hulk that came out way back in 2008 for example Betty Ross returns and doesn't reunite with Bruce Banner who turns into Red hulk who's an incredible hulk villain not a captain america villain same goes for The Leader so why is Falcon in this movie instead of hulk

Tony is also a super genius and a mechanic I'm sure he would've figured out how to make the Iron Man suits and become Iron Man

Well I mean he literally built his first suit of armor mk I in a cave with a box of scrapes and didn't use his money to build it so yeah I think he could've built his other suits without being rich and become Iron man

I don't know when it takes place I stop paying attention to the mcu timeline after Deadpool and Wolverine came out now I only pay attention to the star wars timeline and the avatar the last airbender timeline simply because those Timelines are easier

Because that was an actual captain america movie and also he was on sakaar during civil war so he couldn't have appeared anyway. This one was a hulk movie that didn't have the hulk in it and no it's Falcon Brave New World
he technically did appear in civil war video footage from the Avengers movie that Ross shows the Avengers when he explains the sokkovia accords to them plus hulk gets mentioned twice in civil war he doesn't even get a mention in Falcon Brave New World
