He was an exception because he was in the Quantum Realm. The Quantum Realm doesn’t exist in our reality so Scott wouldn’t of have been effected by the snap because at the time of it he wasn’t in our reality if that makes sense.

The “come on Spider-Man” scene is from homecoming but Tom Holland is the MCU Spider-Man even though the movies are owned by Sony they take place in The MCU hence why Iron Man showed up. Answering the question mine would either be the portal scene in Endgame or if we’re talking the Sony movies the crane scene in TASM
