I was just re-watching all the Avengers movies and, by the time I started Avengers: Age of Ultron, I realised something: all the Avengers movies were released between April 20th-April 30th. I know April is a good month but why? Couldn't Disney and Marvel do something different for a change?

In the page about Spider-Man, I says Peter isn't part of the Avengers anymore. I definitely has something to do with the ending of NWH but I still don't understand. How does removing the identity of Peter from everyone's memory kick him out of the Avengers because Spider-Man is still a thing?
