Honestly Netflix MCU shows make sense to be canon but there is just a lot of inconsistencies because of different companies owning different characters like in Netflix’s Punisher Ep.1 Frank kills the last remaining person to be involved with the cartel but in Endgame it was said that Clint Barton killed the entire cartel as Ronin

I’m not a “non-canoner” I know that there is still a high chance that I’m wrong and Netflix’s MCU is canon It is just we’re talking characters like Jessica Jones and Luke Cage Punisher both have absolutely zero percent chance of ever showing up on Disney+ and that is why I think the most realistic conclusion is that Disney will probably reboot most, if not all, of the Netflix characters to fit into PG-13 maybe R for Punisher and they’re probably just gonna not use Jessica Jones bc that really can’t be kid friendly at all
We’ll all find out when Spider-Man: No Way Home releases and if/when Daredevil and Kingpin show up we’ll see if they’ve always been there or they dropped out from another universe.

The Marvel Netflix shows are canonical in the sense that they are official productions of Marvel Entertainment.
However, if one uses the word “canon” to mean whether they are part of the same shared storyline as Marvel Studios’ Marvel Cinematic Universe films, the answer is “kind of.” The Marvel Netflix shows make occasional reference to events and characters from the MCU films, but the MCU films have never made reference to events and characters from the Marvel Netflix shows (they can now bc Netflix’s characters rights have recently expired).
It is also likely that Marvel will eventually reboot or remake the Marvel Netflix shows as Disney+ streaming shows or feature films.

But legally they would have to say so. Do you know why instead of saying iron man they said “man in a suit” and instead of Thor they said “dude with a hammer” it is because Marvel sold the rights of select characters to Netflix so when they show Matt and Fisk they can’t acknowledge the previous 3 seasons of Daredevil unless they buy the show rights. They haven’t bought the show rights yet only the character rights.

So the cartel reforms and Frank doesn’t do anything about it? The Netflix MCU acknowledges Disney’s MCU too much to say it’s not canon but has too many inconsistencies for it to be in the same exact timeline. My theory is the Netflix MCU takes place inside of a pocket MCU that only reacts to certain events and this Netflix pocket broke open in Wandavision or Loki and that is how Netflix MCU characters are showing up in Disney’s MCU

Every timeline has its problem marvel especially with its canonicity issues that fiege has continued to neglect(WARNING THIS IS A RANT) I don’t think AoS is canon because in Captain America and the winter soldier the SHIELD Triscalion is very much destroyed and in an AoS episode that directly references the events Captain America and the winter soldier as recent shows the Triscalion in the background fully rebuilt supposedly in mere weeks to months which is physically impossible (sighs in relief) sorry had to get that out of my system 😂
