In my opinion, it was Aunt May's, Iron-Man's/Tony Stark's and Black Widow's/Natasha Romanoff's, also, can you guys actually imagine what kind of grief Peter is going through? His entire family is pretty much dead, his girlfriend and his best friend don't know who he is, Peter himself probably doesn't know who he is, and his father figure (Tony) is also dead. But I have one question... In Multiverse of madness, Dr. Strange and Wong knew who Spider-Man was, and Wong was barely even in No-way home. I kind of understand it for Strange, but Wong? I'm so confused lol. Sorry for changing the topic so much I just wanted to say this lol...

I don't think one singular person went through the most amount of pain in the MCU, I believe that multiple people suffered equal tragedies.
Here are my top 10.
Wanda.
Thor.
Peter.
Rocket.
Iron Man.
Shuri. (If this doesn't make sense, just know that she had to witness her relatives and friends dying on a battlefield, and she had to go through the death of T'challa.)
Vision.
Clint.
Steve.
Nebula.
This isn't in order of who I feel the most sympathy for, I just think that they all went through great tragedies.

He's my favorite superhero. He can't really do anything at this point, except try and get his friends back by either bringing their memory back or re-friending them, which is going to take a few movies for it to actually happen... I feel horrible for a character that doesn't exist. Damn.
I have 2 that are equally as good, and those two are WandaVision and Moon Knight. The action scenes and plot twists really caught me off guard; (spoilers) When Geraldine was actually Monica, when Marc was abused and forced into making Steven Grant, it was awesome.
