NO. Into The Spider-Verse and its sequels are a completely different franchise. Not even in the same continuity. The Original Spider-Man Trilogy, Amazing Spider-Man Duology, and Venom Duology are now confirmed to be in the Marvel Cinematic Multiverse but there’s absotutely no connection to ITSV.
Best is hard. Either Agatha Harkness, Xu Wenwu, Green Goblin, or Kingpin.
Worst is every villain in Eternals.
@SeanWheeler The horse canonically exists but we don’t know if Loki is his mother or not in the MCU.
We don’t know what Season 2 will be about. It will be released sometime in (probably early) 2023.
Also the one where Loki turns into a female horse, mates with a male horse and gives birth to a 1/2 Asgardian 1/2 Horse son, Sleipnir.

@AlexMurad3 The further back the timeline goes, the more different it can be to the point where you could have a timeline completely unrecognizable. There are alternate timelines with a blonde female Loki, a black Loki, and an alligator Loki. This isn’t really any different.
