I don't think Osborn exists in MCU cause there is no Oscorp . Michelle Jones is a Variant of Mary Jane and yes , there is gwen stacy somewhere whoch we'll find out in later movies

true to that and i uderstand that mcubhas never shown or even mentioned Uncle Ben but as far as inknow , What if ...? Is a completely different timeline so it is possible that somewhere out there , there is another MCU universe where uncle ben exists and uncle ben's death motivated peter to become Spider - man and May is alive
