@Rocker13147 OOH, YES. he was sort of portrayed as a villain in AOS, but like, a full of villain would be great. I voted Phil, because, imagine. Back to life experiment gone wrong?? He became evil, or turned on SHIELD for bringing him back without his permission?? wouldn't that be cool?

I would like to see peggy get it. we still actually havent seen a female receive it. obviously, they probably wouldn't have given it to her at the time bc *sexism* but, it would've been great.
