I don’t think Wanda is mentally ill cause of her powers. It’s most likely cause of her death trauma. Wanda has gone through more trauma than Pietro so that could explain it. (Trauma affects everyone differently. It doesn’t mean if he had the same amount of trauma he would act like Wanda) and
