I know they tested the words on him in Wakanda, but if he was done being the Winter Soldier wouldn't they have changed the title to Captain America and White Wolf? Also now that I think about it the change would've kind of felt sort of rushed.

@Mama Newt88 black widow hurts herself in CA:TWS when Pierce has the electrocution thingy on she shocks herself so Nick can kill him

Longing- Bucky's longing for his old life
Rusted- Having to do with the metal arm
Seventeen- Bucky was born in 1917
Furnace- Maybe what HYDRA would to to Bucky if he didn't follow orders? I'm not real sure on this one
Nine- The 9 in 1917
Benign- Maybe representing when they put Bucky in cryo-freeze he was harmless?
Homecoming- Spider-man: Homecoming was the next movie in the MCU. Also could mean HYDRA is Bucky's home now since Zemo called HYDRA Bucky's real home
One- The 1 in 1917. Also could be he was the first Winter Soldier
Freight Car- Bucky fell out of a freight car. That was the death of Bucky and the birth of the Winter Soldier

I get that he loved Peggy, but I just think his decision was pretty selfish because he had made this whole new life for himself, and he just abandoned it for her.

I've watched Captain America: The Winter Soldier 7 times lol ik its random but imo best mcu movie
Also, he didn't really spend a lot of time with Peggy unless Captain America: The First Avenger takes place over the course of a few years.
