Ok so was the Camp Lehigh time heist always meant to happen because they lost the tesseract when Loki used it to escape and he was arrested by the TVA so since that happened Tony suggested to go back to camp lehigh to get it and some pym particles so if Loki never escaped will the camp lehigh time heist still happen?

When doctor strange casts the spell to forget about Peter, does that only affect The Earth or the entire universe because if it only affects Earth, Nick Fury, Thor, and The Guardians would probably still remember Peter.
That also works for people who got snapped on a boat or in their car.
