The song playing in Steve's apartment when he finds Fury is the same song that Steve and Peggy were dancing to at the end of Avengers: Endgame.

If I had to put them somewhere in the MCU, the Eldritch Stone would be in the centre of Earth 199999 at a point where all realities meet, and the Chaos stone would probably be somewhere in the Dark Dimension or Multiversal Void.
If he does appear I think it would be the Loki variant of Loki coz he and Sylvie (mostly Sylvie) were responsible for the recreation of the multiverse.
