In this wiki it is stated, that the Supreme Intelligence was replaced by the Kree Emperor, but was this officially confirmed? Just because there is an emperor it does not mean, that the Supreme Intelligence can't be still the ruler. For example the UK has a Queen, while it is acutally governed by a Prime Minister, so why should it be not similar with the Kree Empire? It would be possible, that the Kree Emperor is just the symbolic leader of the empire, while the Supreme Intelligence is the actual ruler.

So, there are basically 4 theories, how they are connected:
The Hydra Monolith is a recreation of the Black Di' Alla (maybe by the Kree)
The Chronicoms put the Hydra Monolith back together to the one we see in S5 (I really doubt this one)
There are actually multiple Space Monoliths, so the space travel is actually from one Monolith to another (this would mean Maveth itself is something like a big Monolith)
Before the Temple was destroyed by the Chronicoms, the Z1 activated the small piece of the White Monolith. According to S5 this also activates the big part. Maybe the big part sent the Space Monolith back in time (would explain, why the Hydra Monolith was found in Yucatan)
There is no doubt, that the Monolith was on earth for thousends of years and used by the Inhumans to banish Hive. But while Jiaying was just told it was Kree Benson researched on specifically this Monolith and found, that it is connected to the Shrike and Izel. So scientifically there is just a proof, that it is a Di' Alla but never a proof, that it has something to do with the Kree.

There was never a proof, that the Monolith has anything to do with the Kree. Just because it was told to Jiaying it didn't mean, that it is actually true. But Benson researched specifically on this Monolith. He later also talked about this one in the Episode. I think Bensons research is more reliable than an angient story told to Inhumans.
Here is a picture from S6E5 from the scene, where Benson says, that the Monoliths have a similar structure as the Shrike. He is referring to the analysis shown on the picture. This is the analysis from S3 by Fitz and if you look closely you can see the holes of the Hydra Monolith. So in this scene he confirms, that the Monolith used by Hydra is actually one of the Di' Allas, so we should put it to them im this wiki and remove all references to the Kree on the page (except that Jiaying thought it would be Kree) because it has nothing to do with them. Maybe we should also merge it with the Black Monolith, but we have no information why there are two of them.

In Runaways they also said multiple times, that the Dark Dimension is Hell and even Morgan referred to it as Hell
In the wiki page about Time Travel there is an alternate timeline called "Jonah's Successful Escape". Was it anywhere confirmed, that this is what happened in this timeline, because for my opinion it could also be the "Destruction of Earth" timeline, because all we see from it is, that there is a big earthquake. And there is also no reason, why an alternative timeline should be created, in which Jonah escaped.
They don't used time travel, to bring the dusted back, because in their timeline the snap never happened, most likely because the Inhumans helped to stop Thanos. And before anyone says, that they are in a new timeline since season 5: no, because in season 1 and season 2 thare was already things, that can't be true, if Captain Marvel happened in their timeline.
What I think is, that there was no reason for Project Pegasus in the original timeline, but the destruction of the shield facilities in Season 7 was the reason, why they started it in the 80s and therefore caused Captain Marvel to happen.
I think the Dark Dimension, the Darkforce Dimension and the Hell Dimension are the same.
I think it is the same Darkhold. My theory is, that the Dark Dimension, the Darkforce Dimension and the Hell Dimension are the same. So I think after AoS S4 it happened like this: Ghost Rider gave the Darkhold to Dormammu and Darmammu gave it to his "new Kaecilius" Morgan.
When I understand Runaways Season 3 right, it confirms, that the Dark Dimension and the Darkforce Dimension are the same dimension. Has anyone else understood it also like this?
