I personally love Nebula for multiple reasons but mainly because I can really relate to her. Her and Gamora have had a really tough life and they both try to survive in their own way; for instance Nebula trys so hard for her father's love and approval but is still not his favorite which he tells her all the time saying that he just wants to make her "better". She has so many layers and I can't wait for Marvel to show us more about her.
I thought I'd be more excited for Loki or Falcon and the Winter Soldier but I'm actually really really excited for WandaVision it looks super interesting I can't wait to see more of 80s Wanda

Although the Captain Britain she'll be playing is a completely different kind of Captain Britain than the comic book version. She won't be playing the kind from the comics she'll basically be playing a British version of Captain America.

@Homecoming4REAL Possibly, though I do think he prefers his newest one (the one he made on the jet). He'll probably use the Iron Spider suit another time when he really needs that instant kill mode, unless he updated that into his newest suit.

Peggy Carter will be playing the part of Captain Britain in the Marvel/Disney+ show What If, but if Marvel were to make a live action MCU movie about Captain Britain starring Orlando Bloom I would definitely not object. Seriously if he manages to become a part of three major franchisees I'd be proud of him.
He's probably terrified of ever wearing that suit again, seeing how the last time he wore it he dusted for five years and lost the only remaining father figure in his life, if I were him I wouldn't want to wear that suit ever again either.
I agree with @Miguel Evaristo on this, Galuctus could have a Phase 4 cameo but most likely won't become a major character until Phase 5 or 6. I think Adam Warlock will be a bigger character in Phase 4 than Galuctus. They've already introduced Adam Warlock into the MCU so I don't see why he wouldn't be introduced first.
