All those villains and Spideys were pulled from original timelines we saw in original movies. When they got cured and everything, they were probably sent to original timelines, but it can be either assumed that they got sent to the present or they created a branched timeline. That doesn't make them variants though, since versions that were pulled over are from original timelines.
I don't know, when they saw Kro healing himself, they were indeed shocked, but the way after seeing Ajak's dead body Ikaris said "It was a deviant" makes me wanna believe that it fixes the problem. And Sprite said "Oh my god is that a deviant?", does that decanonize half of the movie? No. So please remove that non-canon template.

I would love to see Yellowjacket being a small dude with a big head and tiny arms/legs. When Ant-Man and Wasp are shrunk down, fight with him would look amazing. Just my two cents.
