I think the answer is in Ant-Man and the Wasp. Remember when they tracked their lab using Lang's old suit. Maybe when she blipped back, Hope must have tracked Lang's suit in a similar way. Just saying.

While all the tracks are Awesome...(get it?), my all time favorite has to be Hooked on a feeling, followed by Come an get your love and Escape (tie for the second spot).
