We really don’t know the rules of the Eternals in the MCU. I don’t think they’ll resurrect Thanos in an upcoming movie though, his arc is over and it would seem cheap to bring him back.

Yeah New York was Loki’s fault. London was the Dark Elf’s fault. Washington DC was the governments fault and also Hydras. So yeah I guess the only one the Avengers caused was Sokovia but that was mostly Iron Man.

I don’t know if he’s joking, when he tells Pepper the acronym at the end of Iron Man 1 she acts as if she’s never heard of it before. Wouldn’t SHIELD be a household name like the CIA or the FBI and thus not be new for her?
I mean It’s probably just because Iron Man 1 was the first movie in the MCU and Marvel wanted to get fans hyped up so they name dropped SHIELD and just forgot about it But it’s a fun thing to notice regardless

Has anyone realized that in Iron Man 1 Agent Coulson refers to SHIELD as Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement and Logistics Division as if they don’t have the acronym for it yet. But in captain Marvel which is set about 14 years earlier they refer to it as SHIELD?
