So, it's obvious they are setting up these two teams. For Young Avengers, we have Billy/Wiccan, Tommy/Speed, America Chavez, Kate/Hawkeye, Isaiah/Patriot, Riri/Ironheart, and Peter/Spider-Man. And for Dark Avengers, we have Yelena/Widow and John/USAgent. What else do you think will come? I bet Teddy/Hulkling in Secret Invasion and Nathaniel/Iron Lad in Loki Season 2, and probably Thunderbolt/Red Hulk in She-Hulk.

I was never the biggest fan of Runaways but they are definitely interesting an unique. Maybe getting them involved in one of the episodes, but I'm not sure about them being the forefront of one.

I wonder how the Illuminati exists. Theoretically, they should be sent to the void by the TVA for being variants, unless we use the Watcher's way. Perhaps they are like the Apocalypse Black Widow, left without a universe (meaning that this Captain Carter is not the main Captain Carter). But rather than simply being integrated into a new universe, choosing to act as a more just version of the TVA.
Honestly, imagine what happened to their universes. Red Skull screwing up the portal thing and only Peggy being saved by the Watcher. Professor X being the sole survivor against the Sentinels. Monica don't know *shrugs* same with Baldur. Tom Cruise Tony Stark I really have no clue. Deadpool is just Deadpool tho.

Well, of weak motivation for being a villain, I'd say there's Obadiah Stane, Malekith, Laufey, Red Skull, Ronan the Accuser, Surtr, Yellowjacket, Ego, Kaecilius, Dormammu, Supreme Intelligence, Klaue, and Topaz.

Personally, I prefer the comics version. Each ring having unique abilities seemed cooler to me.
Maybe a documentary.
I think this would be a great idea, and it would introduce the Watchers as a whole, helping show what consequences Uatu fears and who would enforce said consequences.
