I have a theory that the Thanos at the end if IW was not the first Thanos to get the complete gauntlet, and that Thanos went back in time to change the events to match up with the events we see in the movies, because he knew he needed the stone on Earth to get Ultron out of it so he can create vision so he could get the mind stone and everything else involving vision from that point on.
