<p>Incorporate him in a sequel of Homecoming ASAP. I feel like this is necessary if we want to see a proper Dark Reign movie. The main reason Dark Reign works so well was because Peter was forced to endure the knowledge that his greatest enemy has been given the key to the city. It goes beyond personal for Peter Parker. This doesn't work at all if Dark Reign was the first movie Norman is introduced. </p><p>Thus, he needs to appear BEFORE a Secret Invasion Avengers movie, where Norman fires the shot that stops the Skrulls, thus earning some right to become leader of America like in Dark Reign, then forming the Dark Avengers which can be the sequel to Secret Invasion (Dark Reign can come after Dark Avengers). </p><p>But like I said, Peter needs to have a strong history with Norman for this to work. </p>
