@Greater good i did hear about that bonkers script and glad he avoided producing that into a film.
I enjoyed the fight scenes in Gladiator II, except the monkey one. Monkey ones seem too over the top and felt more like a sci-fi action scene. The sharks of course didn’t happen, but the cgi monkey bothered me more than the CGI sharks.
I saw Gladiator II this weekend. The first one is way better. Scott certainly took advantage of some creative liberties with the historical side of some of these real life characters. The first one was had more emotion to it. Second one, not terrible, just not better than the first.
Before the movie started, the first three trailers were all Marvel movies: Captain America 4, Thunderbolts, and Kraven. Finally, they showed something non-Marvel which was the trailer for Nosferatu.
Of the ones listed, I would want to see a Moon Knight film. The show was okay, but I don’t think it was because of Moon Knight himself, but the story they gave him and how they tried to fill those episodes. Now that he has already been introduced, give him his own movie, instead of a second season.
Mr. Fantastic will be in the Fantastic Four, doesn’t need to be solo. The rest don’t need a solo film.
Shang-Chi did introduce us to Ta Lo.
I don’t think everything in this phase has to include multiverse. In the Infinity Saga, not everything directly involved the stones and Thanos.
Why did you asked if the movie was necessary when no one has seen it yet?
They may never get their own film again, but they can easily appear again. Marvel Studios is bringing back characters like The Leader and Abomination, that many fans thought Marvel forgot about, but they are back.
I still think Kang and the variants are going to be shelved by Marvel Studios. Despite the end credits to Quantumania or even some of things mentioned in Loki, there is no reason to immediately address them if they possibly exist outside of time. If Doom comes as a new threat, that might take the attention off of them.
For Majors, Marvel Studios can wait and let him sit this one out. Continue to do the films with RDJ as Doom. Then after Secret Wars, they can see if things are different with him or maybe just recast someone else.
I don’t know if that is what Marvel Studios will do, but I see how they can move on from Majors/Kang and still bring him back much later, if they even wanted to do that.
I don’t think Majors will come back as Kang for any of the upcoming Avengers films, but I won’t be surprise if they do bring him back as Kang or the variants in the future.
If the heat dies down around him over time, I could see him having a surprise appearance at ComicCon. I think for now Kang variants are going to be shelved and Doom is still going to be the focused.
Well you are asking questions that no one can fully answer, but the end of the last movie indicates he still out there as Spider-Man.
In regards to Tom Cruise and last Mission Impossible film, I don’t think he has officially said this will be his last one. I’ve heard mix things about whether or not he is done for good or not. This might not be like Craig with James Bond.
The problem with the live action Disney films is that they are all based on classic animated films that are really hard to duplicate again. Most fans love the original so much, these newer films just seem like imitations. The changes they do make are not any better than the original.
Cowboys playoffs hopes were squash long before tonight’s game. lol
The NFC West might be the most open division. Anyone can still win it and they may not even win it with a winning record.
I think they all died and not sure what would be the point to some still being alive.
I don’t feel bad for Tyson. It wasn’t like he was innocently attacked on the streets. He agreed to this match and still got paid.
Tyson has been accused of being abusive to women and we all remember what he did to Holyfield, so that’s why I don’t mind him getting his butt kicked by a man much younger than him.
If anything they do more because Disney+ show actors do press interviews and talk shows to promote shows, which we really didn’t get much from the earlier Marvel TV shows.
It could be a long movie, but you have not proven any correlation to length of trailer to length of film. Especially given footage from trailer might not make final cut.
Let him rest in peace. We can’t bring Chadwick back with any special herb.
Plus, you have the multiverse now. Why recast him, when you can bring in one from another universe if you really needed to.
I don’t see how the length of a trailer determines the length of the final film. Especially since Marvel and other studios has not always included scenes from the trailer in the Final Cut.
It would be possible but would they sell a lot of them? These days physical media is being sold in fewer and fewer stores. I know there are diehard fans that would buy this set, even if they already own the films on physical media, I just don’t know if a lot of studios are still focus on these sales.
