<p>It will absolutely be undone. If not, then not only would Marvel lose the characters who were seen disappearing onscreen, but they would also have to write literally half the established characters across ALL movies and series, including the television shows, as disappeared as well. They're obviously not going to kill off literally half of the entire MCU; that would be franchise-suicide. </p>
