Watching The Punisher season 1 is a must since it's heavily tied to events from DD s2. It resolves the story started in DD. Plus Karen's in it. And Frank plays a role in the story of Born Again
@Mistic-Instinct in all the comic appearances the main Kang is just a normal looking dude that wears a mask with a blue tint. When he takes it off he's just a guy, often with a beard. When he first took his mask off in a comic he was a pasty bald dude.
The Netflix shows are a different story. They weren't Marvel Studios. So Marvel Studios only made 6 films over those 2 years.
There very clearly has. 17 projects over the course of 2 years is ridiculous. It doesn't give the writers enough time and it doesn't give the VFX teams enough time. As a result we ended up with the mid that was phase four.
Plus the fact that the writers are on strike and their big bad for the upcoming crossover movies is in court on assault charges atm
Honestly not surprising. So much got delayed after they realised that rushing all their projects was doing more harm than good.
I was looking forward to The Penguin as well
In fact Loki and Nebula's "evil" are very similar. In the sense that the root cause is the same, feeling neglected and unloved by their families.
Same for Nebula in Guardians 1 and the first half of Guardians 2
Vulture, Killmonger, Thanos and Loki's "evil" all came from an understandable place.
Oh no another debate over the canonicity of the Netflix shows
Werewolf by Night takes place on the night of October 31st, 2025. It's literally on the wiki guys.
@LR2159 gonna have to write that she climbed into the Disney+ home page on the wiki lmao
It's nice to see that Matt is better at handling multiple enemies simultaneously without exhausting himself. Just goes to show that he's had plenty more practice since the events of the Netflix show, which chronicled his first 3 years as DD (2015-2018). After all, he's been doing this for 9 years now in 2024. It'll be interesting to see how he handles fights with Kingpin now that he's more experienced.
If anyone's likely to die in another Hulk movie, it'd be Hulk, the old veteran hero, not the character they literally just introduced.
She-Hulk's dealing with it too. Damage Control are in both trailers.
Because of Marvel Zombies being TV-MA, I'm feeling hopeful about Daredevil: Born Again keeping the dark brutal tone of the original. Feige, bring back chad Kingpin.
D23 is gonna be insane
