I think they may use the actress who played the older version of Stark's daughter in the cut Endgame scene. I could see her using her dad's time travel discovery to go back and restart the Avengers as Iron Lass.

Marvel is doing fantastically well in my opinion. Honestly, I'm surprised at the comments here. They've got what, a half dozen movies and a half dozen TV shows coming up along with ownership of both the FF and X-Men? I plan on enjoying this ride for a lot longer before I start crying in my beer about how it's all going to pieces.
