As someone who knows Raff for a long time, I do believe he can be a good admin. I have faith in him and I would like to voice my support for him.
I support as well.
It is the fourth installment of the Captain America series, and it is also, inherently, a sequel to Civil War. It will continue Ross and Sam's relationship, which was first seen in CW.
At some point they will return. Just like no one ever truly dies in the comics, no one is ever truly gone from the MCU. But I doubt it will be in this saga. Although we will see some Eternals related stuff in Zombies, What If...? S3, Eyes of Wakanda and Brave New World. And who knows if they include other Kingo easter eggs every now and then, hell, he may be referenced in Wonder Man lol.
Ah lol. I believe they were told they could do just 2 more seasons, 13 episodes each and due to ABC they changed thir scheduling accordingly.
The show starts about one year after S5 ending, which happens around Infinity War, they wanted to tell their own story without trying to compromise themselves to deal with an Avengers plot, but they didn't have a way around it really. The show also says out loud it is 2019 by the events of S6.
Congratulations!!!
The full interview is even better
Interviewer: Brad, so I was on the floor D23 and I have been doing this giant MCU rewatch. Check this out. I have been literally rewatching everything, TV shows included.
Brad: Wow
Interviwer: Right. There's about 104 entries in here.
Brad: Oh man
Interviewer: Now, uh, one of the things-
Brad: Is Netflix and ABC in there?
Interviewer: Yes. It has it all.
Brad: Great
Interviewer: I saw the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. SUV down there on D23. Retroactively, what are the chances Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. can be, because it fits really well into the MCU-
Brad: Yep
Interviewer: What do you-- what are the chances that could be canon?
Brad: You know I think that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is a really, it is a great show. And you know, there was a long time where it was like I mean, some of the best reveals in that show are the Winter Soldier era where HYDRA emerges and you're like "OMG". And I remember that feeling, even though knowing what was happening, just being a fan, being like "It really is connected!" And I think that there is like in a crazy way, you said it, it fits into The Multiverse Saga in an incredible way. I want to go down this road with you. You know I do. Lets just take a deep breath for a second. Just know that I love that cast, I love Clark Gregg and I love that show.
Interviewer: I love that answer.
I fully support this. Congratulations!
Idk why people think Galactus is meant to be this main big overarching story villain. He is just a dude who eats planets. Yeah he has gotten some complexity to his character in some comics but that is it.
When it comes to television, revival and reboot are used interchangeably. They mean the same. In TV media, reboot of a show is "starting over", new Season 1, new episode 1, it is not a term used for continuity matters.
It is the same canon. Marvel Studios has reaffirmed the canon of the Netflix series earlier this year. They are depicted as such in the Timeline on Disney+, so it is the same characters, same universe, same setting, same everything.
The show is just picking up about 8 years after the events of Season 3.
I am not a fan of AoU, but Spader as Ultron was amazing and his interactions with Vision were the best parts of the film, I went from 0 to 6 level hype for Vision Quest.
I love MCU Punisher, but with that said, he is a mass murderer regardless and Foggy is right about him to an extent. Karen paints him in a way better light than he should and Matt sees him for what he is.
I love his quote, but it also makes me think if/when MCU acknowledges AoS, it won't be for a while, it might be in the next saga. What I like about the MCU is that it doesn't matter how long it takes, things eventually connect to each other. The Incredible Hulk had to wait over 16 years before connecting back to current storylines, ofc, I don't want AoS to be acknowledged in 2036 lol
A bit of everything is correct tho. There is evidence that there were other universes next to the Sacred Timeline but as far as it concerns the MCU, Loki's tree is its Multiverse.
Universes like FoX-Men and Raimiverse and Webbverse are branches that eventually touched the MCU and that is why they are under the TVA jurisdiction.
It is the best way to reconcile everything people behind MCU projects have told us. Even X-Men '97 writer said when discussing with Marvel about how it connected the MCU Multiverse, all conversations were about how it was a neighboring tree.
@PoshitoTactico yeah I feel ya. I think NWH and D&W work if you don't know who those characters arc because they explain you everything you need in the movie, however, it loses emotional value. They are very dated films. If you haven't grown up watching Tobey, Andrew and the FoX-Men films you would not feel anything.
The Multiverse is a problem ngl
Oh, well I don't think it will end any time soon lmao. The comics are a different beast.
Tbh, we are that stage where the entire MCU is sort of unrewatchable lol. It will become a franchise where "You just had to be there" like the Arrowverse.
Yeah, in The Defenders Saga the seasons were very interconnected. There is a character from DD who appeared in Jessica Jons S1 and then showed up again in DD S2. Stuff from Luke Cage S2 then had some impact on Iron Fist S2. While you can watch a whole show, I think you would lose the charm.
