I believe most of ancients Loki were "tests" He Who Remains made on the timeline. As a perfect dictator, HWR could have decided to "play" around the events of Loki's conception and birth several times. Even the main variant Loki being called a "Sacred Timeline criminal" at the beginning of the series was just purely arbitrary. So... seeing a previous female version or alligator version, I find it not really surprising. It was just HWR using and abusing of the TVA pruning rules. In each "reboot", Loki had potentially the possibility to look different. I made a long analysis of season 1 of Loki if anyone is willing to read it.
Am I allowed to post a link from reddit ? I just made a theory about Evolution in the Sacred Timeline. By 2024 in the MCU, the x gene might still be a rare thing. Mutations haven't reach yet what we saw in Marvel comics since the 60es. There is no team in hiding. No secret Xavier's Mansion. When we'll see mutants in the MCU, it would be fresh for us, but also for the world of the mcu. The introduction of mutants will happen naturally along the introduction of new teens discovering their powers. No Wolverine, no Mystique. </p><p>So here's my understanding, time travel rules are the same in both Endgame and AoS !</p><p>And this is one of the reasons I love the movie so much, we didn't have cameos from S.H.I.E.L.D. but the continuity about Time fitting perfectly made me so happy !!! </p><p>Time isn't fixed; what is fixed it's our lives, what we have done, what we have experienced. You can't change an event that is part of your past, your history. Present is always in motion, and this Present leads to the Future. "Travelling in time" is only one experience, so it's confined in the present of the travelers.</p><p>The 2 situations: </p><p>Avengers - Main past - year 2023 - Time travel to alternate pasts - return to 2023/without changing the Main timeline - the yet to happened Main future.</p><p>Agents of SHIELD - Main past - year 2017 - Time travel to an alternate future - return to 2018/without changing Time (cause having a glimpse of the future is part of their history) - the yet to happened Main future. In 2018, at the end of season 5, the apocalyptic future is only one possibility, the future hasn't happened yet. The present is still in motion.</p><p>
</p><p>Doctor Strange said it to Tony, "if I tell you what I saw, it will not happened" or something like that. The victory he saw in the future wasn't fixed, it had to be put in motion by Tony's actions.</p><p>Robin is a sort of anti Dr Strange. This is why the situation seemed tricky. Robin's powers linked her conscience to the bodies of her alternate future selves. She had the experiences of various alternate futures. She lived lots of scenarios (the impression that the team was stuck in a loop), but none of them was the Main future of earth 199999. A future that young Robin hasn't lived yet.</p><p>
</p><p>Deke hasn't disappeared. Just like the Russos explained, at the end of Endgame, Cap joined Peggy in an alternate past. Then, he came back on earth 199999 with an unbroken shield. </p><p>Deke is like these shield, a piece of an alternate timeline that has no reason to just blink out of existence.</p><p>
</p><p>The same way, Tess and Flint are still alive in the alternate 2091 that the agents experienced in season 5.</p><p>

<p>As I understood it, Ruby was always the plan A for Hydra's "Destroyer of worlds" goal. Then Ruby developed a deadly obsession for Daisy. Hale was the enemy of SHIELD. </p><p>She used the Kree orb trap back in episode 5×11. </p><p>By episode 5×15, Hale had to adapt her strategy by working with Coulson. He's the one who pointed out that Daisy was destined to become the destroyer. </p><p>Hale only worked with SHIELD to get the gravitonium. Ruby was just jealous of Daisy's "popularity" for a moment, Ruby prepared all her life for the gravitonium, her encounter with Daisy never changed that. At least, I think.</p>
<p>I don't know for the show, but I think the S.H.I.E.L.D. could come back in the cinemetic side of Marvel by the phase 4 or 5. I never expected any kind crossover before 2019-2020, just because they are all too busy. Netflix series, AoS characters, the movies and other projects, they need time to be perfectly developped.
</p><p>So when the first part of the MCU (Phase 1-3) will end, maybe the organisation could be back in plain sight, with the status SHIELD had at the beginning. A little full circle.
</p><p>I still dream about on all female movie with Maria Hill, Black Widow and a solid Quake in few years from now !

Now I do agree in some parts, Inhumans of the show are most likely people with enhanced abilities giving by ancient kree genes. It's not like the royal family who could probably be more connected to their Kree lineage... (we'll see in the Inhumans series). </p><p>So maybe we could define AoS Inhumans as hybrids, but at the end, Kree DNA are part of them. </p><p>Hopefully, if there is a fifth season, the focus will not be completly on Daisy and the Inhumans, but more on the MCU global situation, with agents doing various missions. </p><p>Where are Ian Quinn and Graviton ?! </p>

</p><p>I hated the fanatic side of Gideon Malick. Season 2 with Whitehall and Bakshi was a fine HYDRA.
</p><p>I believe there is a conflict between HYDRA and Inhumans inside the Framework. Just like the X-men have Magneto, I think it's time that Inhumans have their extremist character. If there is a version of everybody from the real world, my theory is that the Framework's Vijay Nadeer will be the "AoS Magneto", a man presented by HYDRA as the number one world enemy. One way to unite several different people is to find them a common enemy or someone they all hate.
</p><p>I'm calling it, we'll see Kraken (Daniel Whitehall) vs Vijay (or any other powerful Inhuman) in this Framework reality.
