Just saw the news. I'm not surprised in the least but I'm happy it's no longer an unconfirmed rumor!
This is very exciting
I believe they shared a consciousness on a few occasions but Bruce was never in control, while transformed, until Endgame.
Decent flick but uh... yea I'm officially tired of the multiverse 🤣
I never tire of seeing people discover AoS
Just like @Superbattleshipyamato said I believe his personality would just be different.
All the stones possess some form of intelligence and Vision is made up of multiple different AI and brain waves. This means the stone being swapped out for another would likely make him act differently (since essentially a part of his brain is now different).
I legit teared up when I saw that sign. I sincerely believed they would drop Nelson, Murdock & Page.
At this point, even if the show sucks, I'll just be happy the continuity was maintained and respected.
My favorite show to be honest
Everyone who I thought NEEDED to return is returning. That's a good sign.
Please don't screw this Marvel.
Oh yea, I didn't mention it but I felt major Cloak and Dagger vibes throughout the whole show.
I think the pre-Disney+ shows are better and Echo did its best to emulate them. Cloak and Dagger most of all though.
I'm still irritated to high hell that they reportedly weren't included from the beginning.
What kind of garbage were we about get? Sorry, but the news surrounding this show (and Marvel Studios at large) is frustrating and baffling.
The powers Maya has are near identical to how they animated Danny's iron fist on Netflix.
I'd like to think it's an intentional connection, but who knows?
Episode one is also Daredevil's 50th MCU television episode appearance. Pretty neat.
I know this shouldn't mean much, but considering how often some used this timeline to "prove" the og shows weren't canon, I couldn't help but shout in ecstasy!
I'm actually more surprised and delighted to see they got the placement of each show correct. Marvel did their research FOR ONCE.
And once again, pardon my French, but WE F**KIN WON.
I liked it. First episode was strongest. However I did notice the pacing and editing "strangeness" if you will.
Not perfect but not bad either. Did it live up to the first trailer? No. Did it absolutely suck? Also no. Just a solid foray into Marvel TV. That's still a win in my book.
Lots to love with continuity and new lore to explore in the world of the MCU. Felt more like old Marvel Television than anything Marvel Studios has done before (for better and worse).
Enjoyable watch. 6.5/10
Yup it was always all or nothing. Anyone who knows what they're talking about knows all the shows are interwoven with each other.
The issue with non-canoners is they usually don't know what they're talking about. LOL
It can't really get more explicit than that promo. As far as I'm concerned, we won.
The doubters will still throw AoS, Cloak and Dagger and the like into question but as far as Netflix shows... WE WON.
Hm... didn't know that.
No problem
Unfortunately it was a temporary exhibition, celebrating 60 years of Spidey, hosted by Union Station KC. I visited in the final weeks of it being up.
I'm not sure if they'll do another one like it one day. Fingers crossed.
