I thought that too until Peter also mentioned the iconic line to the other Spider-Men and was surprised to hear that they had also heard it by their own versions of Uncle Ben.
So I'm really not sure of this. One of my friends suggested that perhaps Aunt May learned about the ideals of responsibility through Uncle Ben and then passed it on to Peter.
As for what Peter said in Civil War, I'm thinking the idea started coming into fruition with the death of Uncle Ben, but he didn't really believe it in full until Aunt May said it directly.
Well, I'm free to about this all day but at the end of the of the day I don't think there is a way for certainty; but I'm curious about how they'll show it in Freshman Year and if that was indeed the case.
With Aunt May having been the one to give Peter the famous responsibility speech, what do you think that Uncle Ben's impact in Peter's life will be during the events of Freshman Year? What moral lesson will it involve?
Perhaps it will still be responsibility to some degree, or something that gradually builds up to it like humility is what I am thinking.
Yeah, personally, I would never want to be super famous, it has never been my cup of tea.
Some people can handle fame and even love it, but for me too much attention would feel unbearably stressful.
Maybe that is not his reason, but it probably comes from a similar place so I support it.
And yet they're deciding on having the symbiote stick around and possibly repeat a few plot-lines from Raimi's Spider-Man 3.
I don't think it needs to be as definitive as one would think. For example, they could have Harry Osborn take on the mantle of Hobgoblin, whom we have yet to witness in any live-action incarnation.
@Heartz13 I'm actually not too familiar with that part of the comics, but from what I've read it's supposed to be a Spider-Man 99 thing set way in the future.
So I don't think Alchemax has even had a chance to be conceived yet.
What we do know of is that according to Norman of Tobey's Universe is that Oscorp does not exist or is at least not notoriously known in the MCU.
Perhaps Oscorp is still a starting company which will gain momentum during the College Trilogy. After all we've yet to find out who actually purchased Stark Tower during the events of Homecoming.

I have been watching The Spectacular Spider-Man Animated Series during the last few days and one of the characters that stood out to me was Harry Osborn.
This version of the character breaks away from live-action incarnations, and is more comic book accurate. He is portrayed as timid, nerdy and with low self-esteem; something very similar to a character known as Hawk from Cobra Kai who is played by Jacob Bertrand.
I think that Jacob would be a good choice for an MCU version of Harry if they were to depict him closer to how he is in the comics; and also bears similar physical features.

I think that Clint was likely called upon to help stabilize the World following the Blip and was forced to skip out on Christmas 2023, making Christmas 2024 the first Christmas with his family in years.

I am under the assumption that it is going to be set during 2023's Holiday Season since Hawkeye says something along the lines of "It's our first Christmas together in a long time.".
I was so hoping to see Vincent D'Onofrio's Kingpin appear at the end but I guess that if he is in the show they're saving it like they are with CC appearing in NWH (not 100% confirmed).
As much as I want him to be in the film we cannot truly say that he is confirmed beyond a reasonable doubt.
Now in my opinion, when there is enough evidence to point in a certain direction we must consider the grand possibility which in this case points towards the likelihood that he will indeed appear.
However, the wiki's page is to provide information based on official sources not claims.
I do believe that Kevin Feige stated that they intend to keep as many surprises for the film itself which is why the trailer felt very secretive according to many, and labelled as a "teaser". So if Charlie Cox does appear I expect that they will want to keep it under wraps and not have it be unveiled before the film's release.
I pray that he is in the film, and I do believe the claims, but we should always keep an open mind.
As most of you know, The Abomination is set to re-appear in Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings with Tim Roth reprising the role.
While still being the same character from The Incredible Hulk, this version of The Abomination looks different to his previous appearance and takes a closer resemblance to his comic book counterpart.
I believe that an in-universe explanation could be that his monstrous form simply kept evolving after he was incarcerated.
I know that we're probably not meant to think much of it, but this is fun for me in a way.
Would Spider-Man No Way Home be picked up by Sony, maybe only under a different name?
Anyway, since it accounts for every MCU project then I would still choose Spider-Man.
From an out-of-universe perspective that is likely the case. But just looking at in that lens is bland, so as long as it doesn't hurt the overall story or create any contradictions, I think that it can be explained if someone with the extended knowledge made a theory. Or maybe it was already explained in the comics at some point. But yeah, it's not a big deal at the end of the day.
