Statue of Liberty

So, as we all know, the final battle of Spider-Man: No Way Home took place on the Statue of Liberty, that recieved treatment with a gigantic Captain America-shield added to the torch of the Statue. So, after Green Goblin blowed up the Machinna de Kadavus, the scaffoldings collapsed and Peter 3 got his redemption arc, the shield is up on the ground, ready for Peter 1 to beat the crap out of Green Goblin and almost kill him. In the scene right after the ending spell where Doctor Strange let everyone forgot about Peter, we see a beatiful shot of the sunrise with the Statue of Liberty WITHOUT SHIELD. So we can say that they didn't added the shield back on the Statue...

Now the theory goes that in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantummania, during the fight against Kang the Conqueror, Scott (or Hope) will go in giant form, pick up that shield and fight against Kang. It would be a cool connection between the bug-themed superheroes of the MCU. What do you guys think?

How does everyone feel about marvel changing real world events and places like the Statue of Liberty, DB Cooper, the Hiroshima nuke, and all of the eternal influence.

I mean personally I am not on board with the idea of changing iconic places to make them a shrine to the avengers, especially the Statue of Liberty because it does have a true meaning of welcoming all and the liberty, so Marvel changing it makes me somewhat annoyed.
