Who do you think it will be in Spider-Man 4? And what type of the story should it be for that character to fit into it?

How will marvel make their supposed college spider man trilogy if the director will be busy also with Shang chi sequels

I know that Andrew Garfield Spider Man films weren't that great like Tobey and Tom trilogy. Plus it be the 3rd Spider Man film he directs and 1st one he makes from Marvel Studios.

According to reddit, the spider-man films are part of phase 5 of the mcu. Is this correct?

As it confirmed a few days ago, Spider-Man 4 will circulate after Avengers: Doomsday. I believe that in Avengers: Doomsday Spider-Man will die but the symbiote (No Way Home Symbiote) will save him, making a new code to help Knull to set free. Knull found Venom/Eddie because he travelled to the Multiverse. So, if Avengers: Doomsday will be a Multiversal story, Knull will found Peter after he returns to his universe and he will fight with him in Spider-Man 4.

So based on our info the core and heart of the story will be Tom Holland’s Symbiote suit arc starting from doomsday, then spider man 4, ending in secret wars, because of how he’ll unhealthily cope needing to fight his worst enemy that reminds him of his dead mentor.

Thats how they’ll try and use their potentially disastrous pieces of rdj doom and spider man 4 being multiversal, by having a strong central core

The other two 2027 are not in the saga cause Marvel already started doing this ending a phase in the middle of a year with phase 5

Right now there are currently two untitled MARVEL dates in phase 6. 2/13/26 and 11/6/26. The two after Secret Wars are likely phase 7. Now if you look the February placeholder is right before Avengers Doomsday while the next one is after. If Ironheart indeed releases next year as planned and does set up Armor Wars, it would make logical sense for it to be in the February slot. Giving Shang Chi 2 the November 6 date given it’s rumored title plus its predecessor was a fall film as well so keep that tradition. So where does that leave spider man 4? Because it’s technically a Sony film, they schedule the release. I would not be surprised if it gets released Christmas 2025 so it’s before Avengers Doomsday. But you would potentially have 5 films in one year that involve the MCU.

I say yes cause they made three max in 2017 and 2019 with the Sony films, and 2021 had 4 and almost made them pull that stunt in 2022 before they delayed the marvels in 2023 and then again with phase 5 sdcc 2022 they had blade too and you know how disastrous ant man 3 and marvels was cause of this mindset.

So in conclusion we should never be ok on the Mcu leaving off spider man 4, that loophole is the worse one I’ve ever heard and will doom them in the end. If marvel said they have removed July 2026 slot then they should stick with it, no exceptions

I would love this very much! I’m kind of getting The Batman vibes, how Batman was only Bruce for like ten minutes, but Batman for the rest of film. Showing us, in Bruce’s mind, he was only Batman, nothing else. This could be the darkest Spider-Man film yet. Maybe Daredevil will help him get back to his normal self. This could also make him easily influenced by Venom or Black Cat.
