Shang-Chi

Besides Sam, Strange and Spider-Man (who are obvious choices since they're confirmed to be in the movie), and probably Joaquin, I think Avengers should also have Shang-Chi, Shuri and Ant-Man. Not sure right now who else should appear as part of the team.

For me it would be

Bucky, making him childhood friend of Steve was a very nice touch and made their relationship even stronger.

Thanos, giving him new reason to eliminate half of the population made him more sympathetic and interesting.

Shang-Chi, making connected to the Ten Rings was well done and made his father very interesting

Okay: What do you think the Ten Rings' full potential and origin are, and how do they factor into the broader MCU?

Because I’m pretty sure that he was going to be one of the main characters in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty if Jonathan Majors didn’t get fire at all.

February 13, 2026: Black Panther 3, so that it could have Doctor Doom as the main villain of the movie to lead to Avengers: Doomsday

And most importantly how were they changed?

I think they should give everyone a shot one way or another, I mean they can't keep using a listers forever and they should make lesser known heroes more recognisable. After all MCU didn't start with the most popular characters.

It's been announced that the MCU will have 3 MCU movies coming in 2026, one untitled film set for February 2026, Avengers: Doomsday for May 2026, and another untitled film for November 2026. And 3 more MCU movies coming in 2027, Avengers: Secret Wars for May 2027, one untitled film for July 2027, and another untitled film for November 2027.

So now I'm wondering, what do you guys think what MCU films could happen for those untitled films?

My guesses:

- February 2026: MCU Spider Man 4

- November 2026: Doctor Strange 3

- July 2027: Shang Chi 2

- November 2027: Black Panther 3.

Is it because he not that famous, the COVID-19, or both?

This is by far 1 of the best depictions of an Avenger's power level within the MCU. To get an understanding of how powerful actual 616 Cap Marvel i will summarize it, she can transmute matter, create constructs, absorb energy (even from the brain) which made it hard to damager her with energy weapons, & her natural lifting strength was easily 25 tons. She casually caught the top of the chrysler building like it was nothing. This is all without going Binary which is basically her going Super Saiyan in every aspect. Within the MCU, they changed her power set from less versatile to raw power. While in the MCU she doesn't absorb serval forms of energy, she could now generate it to some unknown degree as well as being able to basically enter Binary mode at will & thus allows her to murc planets with ease according to What If? 10/10

Nerf That Didn't Go Well-

I did enjoy the movie & while the Mandirin is suppose to be an Iron Man villain, I didn't mind this change. So I'm not saying this because I hate the movie. However, before the movie came out I binged whatever Shang-Chi content I could I realized the nerfed a guy who technically doesn't have powers.....some how. Shang-Chi in the comics is suppose to be the best fighter in Marvel mythos. Not 1 of the best, he's the best. He has mastered all forms of unarmed combat known to man but only chooses to use Shaolin Kung-Fu. He can defeat superpowered being with his skill alone & normal opponents that aren't highly trained martial artist usually go down with ease. He created a martial for Spider-Man that compensated for his lost ESP & it made Spidey a freakin beast. He's also at peak condition so he technically should have been able to pull Super Soldier feats of physical power. If you realized, I said he "technically" didn't have powers is because he learned one, Chi. He can manipulate his chi to various degrees while lesser than comics Iron Fist, it was still good. He could shot chi bolts & increase his physical abilities. He could also detect chi which allowed him to detect anyone within his vicinity including a telepathically invsible telepath.

Before y'all say they had to nerf his skills to make it interesting, look up Blood And Bone: 10v1 Street Fight Scene (Michael Jai White HD CLIP). You'll see what comic Shang Chi would relatively fight like. Besides his father who has been fighting for centuries, Shang Chi should have been one-shotting his opponents.

Great movie, Shang Chi's skill was pretty good but I wish they keep his demon king level combat skills.

Legit this would be so easy to introduce into the MCU & hopefully that's what Steven Yeun is going to be doing.....but I doubt it.

Shang- Chi 2 and Iron Fist could be connected. In the end of Iron Fist season 2, Danny and Ward are in Asia, looking for Orson Randall. Iron Fist Season 3 or what they end up calling the reboot/revise similar to Daredevil, could show how Danny got his Chi back, if he survived the snap, and could appear in Shang-Chi 2 are a co-protagonist. They could do the 7 heavenly cities storyline in Shang-Chi 2, the film would be called Shang-Chi & The Legend Of The Iron Fist. This could then lead into a Daughter of the Dragon and Heroes For Hire show on Disney Plus.

What would an interaction between Shang, Peter and Kate looks like?

In MCU, Multiverse from Spiderman NWH and multiple timelines from Loki are same!!?

If so, everytime someone mess up the timeline, there should be a new universe (multiverse). But TVA prunes every new timeline. So there shouldn’t be a Multiverse.

Or are there multiple universes from the beginning of time.

And what are multiple dimensions like Ta Lo from Shang Chi?
