So, I just had a theory. A very bad theory that doesn't make any sense, but here it is (Runaways S3 spoilers ahead): In Runaways S3, in an alternative timeline after Gert's death, Karolina started dating a girl called "Julie". We only know her first name, "Julie", but we are never told what her second name is. What if the "Julie" Karolina was dating is Julie Power from the Power Pack? I know, she has black hair instead of blonde hair, but that doesn't matter since the adaptation doesn't need to be 100% like the original material from the comics. Also, in the comics Karolina and Julie started dating for a while. "Are you just basing your theory on that girl's name which we will probably never see again?" Well... Yeah.
